The property has all the key characteristics of a fantastic holiday-home; modern bathrooms, power showers, cotton sheets and towels, a maid service (optional extra) and much more. Our guests can enjoy both Spanish and over 140 UK, Scandinavian and International TV channels , unlimited fast internet with WIFI, and comfortable indoor and outdoor seating in both sun and shade from the lower and upper terraces. Nothing is off limits in Casa Palmera, guests have the run of the whole of the house, from the roof terrace to the BBQ on the lower terrace with its dining facilities. There is a fully equipped kitchen with cooker, hob and microwave, it even has a Nespresso machine!! On the ground floor there is a smaller bedroom with double bed, shower room and guest WC, well equipped modern kitchen, comfortable lounge with ample seating and a large TV, separate elegant dining area and outside there is a large sunny terrace with plenty of comfortable seating, sun shades, outdoor dining table and gas BBQ. On the first floor there is a master bedroom with super king sized bed, en-suite shower room and walk in wardrobes. There are two guest bedrooms, one a king-sized double, the other a twin, with a family shower room and WC. On the third floor is a huge roof terrace with covered dining area, sunbeds and a jacuzzi (€25 per day). From here guests will enjoy warm evenings with views of the gardens, the sea and La Concha mountain. We provide fast and free Wifi with speeds of up to 100mb and unlimited downloads. Guests have the choice of over one thousand TV Channels in almost every language including English, Swedish, French and Russian and included are BT Sports, Sky Movies and all the Sky Sports channels; there is also an enormous selection of free movies and box sets. Guests staying for more than a week will be entitled to a free clean and mid-stay towel and bed linen change. By prior arrangement, and at an additional cost this can be arranged more frequently if required. We can also provide maid's service and arrange catering for you in the property. One of our team will always personally check you in and out and will be on hand if you need anything (we all live nearby) but otherwise we will leave you alone to enjoy your holiday in peace and quiet.
